She was born as the second child of \u015eehime Han\u0131m, who is the daughter of Yagcizade Family in Kanl\u0131ca, Istanbul and Mr. Mehmet of Germirli Family, a well known family in Kayseri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezan Germirli, lived most of her childhood both in Kanl\u0131ca, Istanbul and in Germir village, Kayseri. Rezan Germirli, the second child of five siblings, finished her elementary education in Kayseri. Then she went to Istanbul Kandilli Girl\u2019s High School. She married to Kadir Has, the son of Nuri and Zekiye Has, in 1942.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezan and Kadir Has lived in Adana between 1942 -1960. Meanwhile Rezan Has supported her husband Kadir Has, who started to work at his young age, during his worklife. Has Family decided to move to Istanbul after 1960. Has Family announced their nephew Mete Has\u2019 daughter Zekiye their foster child because they did not have any children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kadir Has started to do charity work following his father\u2019s ideals after 1980. Rezan Has has always been a support to her husband in his charity work. Has Family built numerous education and health institutions in Istanbul and Kayseri during 1980\u2019s for the Turkish people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kadir &#8211; Rezan Has couple continued their charity work by building Kadir Has Foundation in the following years.
