After the prepreations, starts the work for the establishment of the foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation deed, which had been approved by Istanbul 25th Notary Public on July 19th 1990, was registered by Istanbul Kartal Civil Court of First Instance on January 31st, 1991. Having completed its establishment, Kadir Has Foundation gains the status of <strong>&#8220;Tax Exempt Foundation&#8221;<\/strong> upon the resolution no. 92 \/ 2779 of Council of Ministers on February 23rd, 1992.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kadir Has Foundation was founded by Kadir Has and his wife Rezan Has in 1991.
